This May our exercise of the month will focus on foot and toe strength. There are three level; sitting, standing and single leg standing. Keeping your foot flat on the ground raise your big toe only and then set it down, raise toes 2-5 and then set them down, repeat. do 5 repetitions on each foot and then progress through each level as able.
