At least 1 IN 3 WOMEN and 1 IN 5 MEN will break a bone due to osteoporosis during their lifetime.

Everyone loses bone density as we age. During your 30s your body began (or begins) building less bone to replace the older bone. Although osteoporosis can strike at any age the risk and impact on your life increases as we get older.

Most bone fractures occur because of a fall. You can reduce your chances of falling by exercising to build your muscle strength and improve your balance. Exercise can also slow the rate of bone loss, which reduces the risk of fractures from osteoporosis.

Our class allows you to take action this year reducing your risk of osteoporosis, falls and breaking bones in your body. They have been created, workshopped and fine-tuned, by our amazing physios and target Strength, Balance, Impact and Endurance.
