    Assessment

Your assessment begins from the moment you enter the clinic. We observe your posture, breathing, and movement patterns.

    Subjective assessment:

We’ll discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, physical activity, pregnancy or surgical history, and how pelvic floor weakness affects your day-to-day life.

    Objective assessment:

We’ll evaluate your pelvic floor muscle strength, endurance, and coordination. Real-time ultrasound is used to help you visualise your muscle contractions and ensure correct activation. If appropriate, an internal assessment may also be offered to provide a detailed understanding of your muscle tone and function.
